Please note the Greens are committed to getting rid of the unfair First Part the Post voting system (which would end the need for tactical voting) in Council, Mayoral and Westminster elections. Labour are not.
We've manually set advice for this ward. This advice is based on (a) the fact that this is not good Reform (or Tory) territory (b) he election result the last time this ward was fought - in the 2023 local elections, when Labour held the seat comfortably over all the other parties is not a reliable indicator of how this contest will play out, and (c) although the Lib Dems are very strong in York, the Greens have also run an intensive campaign.
