This advice is based in part on the last time this ward was fought under these boundaries in the 2023 Council Elections, where the Lib Dems held the ward comfortably from Labour. But this came before the marked recent drop in support for Labour. So the advice it is based on the fact that - in an area where Reform is less of a threat - the Green Party is now the leading challenger to the Lib Dems.
